Further information:
For the flaming and asshole behaviour, I admit this was my fault. I shan't try to flame anymore if I get unbanned.
But for the death evading, I don't really know why. I was not going to be killed by anyone. My heli went on fire. It's not really death evading if you think about it. It does not give an unfair advantage to anyone to be honest. I don't even know this wasn't a rulebreak. If it is, I apologize for that.

I actually do not recognize that as a rulebreak since it somehow does not give me an advantage as I see. I will now memorize that as a rulebreak. As for the flaming and other things that is considered being an ass, I will improve my behaviour. I'll stop flaming from now on.
