Similar bank like bank from samp argonath would actually be an interesting idea.
To keep it realistic - with a not-so-great interest fee for deposits and the investments, so it wouldnt be a way of money milking from the scripts.

Adding banks can be a bit diff. First of all we can just keep money in our invent and i dont think just storing it in banks would help much here.
Banks can be used to get loans and for that we have many of moneylenders including the Luchesse Family Bank so loaning is not so difficult without a bank.
Third in real life banks give a little interest if you store your money in them so maybe you will get some increase in money per week or something.
Fourth banking can be quite a good roleplay and also it can hire people to work for their behalf which the Luchesse Bank Is doing.

I dont have any more ideas currently and will post more if the bulb lights up.

While adding a bank feature, to make it more appealing to Liberty City and why it should be more used, there should be a interest rate on how much money you have in your bank and you make a extra 2% of cash each month/week.

Example: If you have 10k, you receive 5% of interest which could be like $200 bonus.

Example: If you have 50k, you receive 15% interest, which is like $500 bonus to your bank account.

It would make people use the bank system and would be a great alternative of making cash.

A bank should be added only when people can get robbed for the money they have in their wallet not in the bank, without force rp-ing.
