Dear Court,

I am Ms. Sue Yiu, legal representative of Ms. Nicole. I wish to bring proceedings against badboydhia (‘the Defendant’) in the Justice Court. The following claims will be brought against badboydhia:
1. It is submitted that the Defendant has been selling goods in violation of Act 12.1 of the Criminal Laws of Liberty City of IV:MP (‘the Criminal Laws’), and
2. It is also submitted that the Defendant has been advertising goods in violation of Act 12.3 of the Criminal Laws.

I humbly submit that the aforementioned acts have occurred at the Defendant’s gas station, Non-Profit GS (‘the Gas Station’) which is located at Francis International Airport, near Algonquin, Dukes Expressway. Firstly, the Defendant has priced goods at the Gas Station far lower than the market value. Secondly, the Defendant has been advertising goods as a ‘Non-Profit’ entity, when in reality he is selling diesel for a profit of $2 per unit.

This is a screenshot of the listed stock price of goods for a typical gas station business, taken on 29 July 2017. It is clear from this picture that the stock price for Diesel is $8. I would like to draw Your Honour's attention to the fact that the stock price for Gas is $9 and Gas-Premium is $11.

This is a screenshot of price list of the Gas Station, taken on 30 July 2017. It is evident that the goods sold by the Defendant at the Gas Station are priced at a value that creates zero profit and thus is clearly lower than the market value.

Also, please note that Diesel is sold by the Defendant at $10, which allows for him to turn a profit of $2 per unit. This shows that the advertising claim that it is a Non-Profit entity is false.

Requests/demands
I humbly request that the court acts as follows:
1.   A court order directing the Defendant to stop rapidly reducing the price of his goods in breach of the fair competition law,
2.   A court order directing the Defendant to stop advertising himself as a Non-Profit entity, and
3.   Obtain damages for the loss that Two of S&N’s gas stations (owned by Ms. Nicole) has suffered as a consequence of the Defendant’s actions.
