Sometimes when i try to enter SA:Gangs and Groups or enter a topic I get this.

I also get this message.
This is when the servers memory cannot cope with the high peaks of users at this time. And is unable to provide enough system memory towards the hosting service. This can be fixed by waiting a few seconds and refreshing.

Think of it like this..

youre trying to buy 10 peices of gum, but the store only has 9.

in other words.. your trying to request 100kb from the Forums, and only has 50kb avaliable at the time
