As for the current situation, it appears the fix that the developers told us was done did not stop a more recent attack on our servers, once again, your data is still secure but there was a breach in to the server and we are working on resolving them. We are currently looking in to what we can do on working on the issue itself and a few suggestions have been made, how ever we'll need to wait for the availability of our community owner and a developer to work on these issues.

As for when the server is back up, I am unable to say an exact time but we will do our utmost best to get the server back as soon as we can, and hopefully secure the next time we launch the server.

As for players being angry, upset or just losing faith in the HQ team, I completely understand you guys, I am annoyed too, things like this shouldn't have been happening, and without proper access to some individuals it's even harder to solve this issue, how ever, I do believe we can solve this and continue playing, if you wish to rant, please do so but do so in my private message, I'll do my best to reply, if you wish to complain about a player, staff member or leader you are free to do so too, including about myself, but I do request this to be done in private so I can actually give constructive replies, as generally in public the replies are  taken out of context and used against us.

I am unable to give an estimated time of when the server will relaunch as it depends on other individuals and not myself, therefore I am unsure on whether they're available and will work on the issue, sorry.

Make a deadline, even if you not going to for-fill the deadline. Deadlines are important to have a goal to make things on a reasonable time frame. Work hard to try complete it within the time frame and then continue the work forward.

I have been working on quite some projects in my days and I can tell you it's very important, otherwise it can become a habit to just say; I do it tomorrow and nothing really happen.
