Okey.....reading trough out this chat makes me cringe....people are arguing over a remote (JK), who is veteran and not, who hacked, who helped, who is to blame...who speaks better Inglish and all that...like for real? Can't you just for one second focus on something more...I don't know, helpful? Exit the forum tab remove the salt from your keyboard..and do something that will contribute to you, the server, the other community, to your dog or whatever..You all are sitting here wasting each others time, just so you can get your dose arguing for the day.  If a guy comes that isn't from this community and see all this, will think..."Better find another server"

 Is there a chance of the community even being able to get back together, server up and working, so it's worth visiting back? All I see is like 2-3 parties constantly arguing blaming eachother for all the crap while that CENA guy fucks shit up. Half of the management is busy picking sides while noone seems to give a shit about the status of the community in general. I took a break to focus on other things, but all I see from forums is people pointing fingers at eachother and close to none, if even existent, screenshots or whatsoever of RP going on. Never thought I'd say that, but when are we going back to the "Cops vs. Criminals" spam over forums with the barely any RP?

 I've given way too much time developing my character and group, so that this can all fall down with the server being hacked and nobody being able to do jackshit. Back in the days when your account got hacked you got your stuff back, the person who hacked you was banned and bending on all fours to you in less than 24 hours. Nowadays we can't recover from a simple DDOS it seems.

 Please staff/management alongside community, get your shit back together so this place becomes worthwhile again. I haven't spent 8 years or so around so this community gets FUBAR'd. We may not be able to bring Argonath back to what it was in the "good old days"(2009-2011) but we can at least try and improve so maybe SA:MP is playable again. Get your shit together people, remember what Roleplaying is. You shouldn't give a shit if the other player is ex-Yugo/Israeli/American/Ex-Gvardia/Ex-whatever the fuck, you should be in the game roleplaying and building in-character relations.

 Most of us have "grown up" and left the community for reasons or went inactive, but it seems like those who stuck around maintain the age of 12 and aren't willing to grow up. Put your shit together guys,sort your conflicts out and keep it all in-character while you're playing or interacting with the community. After all, we're all a bunch of people spending their free time playing a game in which we (to some extent) are somebody else. Some of us don't have much free time to spend playing with the others, so don't fuck up our hobby.

 I doubt that this is the point of the topic or if the previous 4-5 pages have anything to do with this, but it seems like the most relevant topic I can comment on, so don't go after me for derailing please.

Problem is that we have right now, people do not focus on roleplaying anymore, there's near to 0 passive roleplay, people roleplay to "rek" rival group to brag about it for 3 hours and it starts all over again. People attack eachother due to personal beef, it even made players to install cheats like aimbot, lag.cs and even health hacks just to win a shootout and brag about it and in the end get banned, and start breaching/ddos and annoy other players because of "If I don't play, no else does".
Most of RP scenarios now are traffic stops, kidnaps, robberies and assassinations, if you try to make neutral scene with everyone happy, you will find rival group waiting you outside to kill you. This is how Argonath's become now and that's what we are trying to fix but players fail to understand that they have to change themselves in order to change the community to what it was and better. The main problem is the mindset but unfortunately it's not as easy to change/fix.
Looking forward to seeing AoD again in the bar and have a beer. @TheGreasyChopper

If the server becomes stable I can bring some of that back, can't say about AoD, most of the Club's pretty much gone, but that level of RP might be returning soon AoD or not

The server never was ddosed at least in this period, all that's been done is accounts getting breached, but as to this moment they were stopped, staff is putting a lot of effort to not let any chances of such things to happen again. We're in need for actual roleplayers to be a majority of the server.

The server did reach 200 without shooting and drugs shit but with normal roleplays like Greasy said in 2008 tho.
