Display Drivers Problem

After my screen broke on Acer Aspire 5610 i bought a new one..
Soooooo i had this 'blackscreen' problem when starting windows.. After the windows XP logo it shutted down ,although the screen worked fine on loading screen.

I searched for solutions about adding an second monitor (Since the first one is broken)
They mentioned that i delete Display Drivers... Which i did.
The screen is working now

But apparantly i can't find the right drivers  anymore.. it always give me those yellow marks that driver is on CODE 10.. Been trying to fix this for days.. halp people.

Specs:

CPU: Genuine Intel(R)
Graphics card: By Intel (No more info availabe)


P.S In device manager it shows only

Video Controller
Video Controller(VGA Compatible)

Which exact Intel processor do you have?

I cannot stress this enough - if you have Intel HD graphics card - INSTALL PDHGD OMEGA drivers.
They are custom modded drivers to squeeze most of gaming performance from these cards, but they also perform and are far better supported with various accessories. Try out this solution.
