Thats what happened.
I was a /su then i headed from bohan to pay n spray at outlook park to get new tires for my futo because i blew the tires when a cop rammed me at a GS . But i didn't know that there was cops at outlook and near tothe MGS . Then when i was at pay n spray the 2 nd /su said: "im relaxed here" . And i said "me too" .after that paprika  frozen me and the 2nd /su.
Note: when i said "me too" i meant  that the car is so good and its comfortable.  I didn't mean "cops come and chase me"

i m always trying to change my self and my actions against the cops and i stoped copbaiting cops while not a /su . but when i become a /su sometimes i forget thats to use chat and comments on some actions/falls of cops is a RB . and im not insulting players anymore and i forced RP for just 1 time and i didnt know that my action will count as a Force RP. and when i abused script i had a bad internet connection so the MSG took long time to show and to load (i was driving NOOSE coquette . i didnt know before that NOOSE got a coquette). and i explaned to u  whats happened for the others warns and kicks.
i changed my self 50/100 and im keeping trying to change my self and upgrading my RP . everyday im learning new things about the RP in the server and im building my biz . so i dont want to lose everything after 6 months of hard playing and having fun in the server.
i swear that i will keep trying to change my self and my actions and i will try to make it my first and my last banne in this server.

Since the first time you were on the very edge of being banned before you went onto month long pause.. should we maybe use the same method again?
How hard can it be not to ask cops to chase you again and again after being caught once

I understand you like the thrill of the chase, but if you got caught one... it's enough. No need to start some random "RP", then bail it and do the regular evading with your RS. The last roleplay you guys had ended up with one of the kidnapper staying behind with the hostage, drinking tea. In the meantime, all the others were doing the regular chase part... so I just unsuspected that guy that was left behind

And about that RP...
we was planting the KIDNAPP the cop but they didnt know how to rp so they called other cops to the crime location and when the other cops came we had to run away because they started shooting on us we cant follow the car where the kidnapped cop was.

As you said, you need to learn from previous mistakes and you need time for it. The reason why you got banned in the first place is exactly the reason because of which you wait. You did not learn from previous warnings and because there were lots of them, you have ended up banned
