1. Delete the IP from the SA:MP Client

2. Restart your PC

3. Type CMD to your search box in Windows. (Command prompt)
Type there "ipconfig /release", then "ipconfig /renew". Without " ".

3. Add ip to the client again 145.239.183.130:7777.

You only fail if you give up on your goals before reaching them

Try to delete USERDATA.DAT in \Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP (It will delete your username and all favourite servers)
And try to add 145.239.183.130:7777 to your "Favourites" list again.

Used to happen with me when I was in karachi, yeah it was only with Argonath RPG server. I did my research on the problem and found out that there are many Pakistani IP' s which are under route block, so you're probably facing this problem cause of route block. When you get a power cut or even restart your DNS router(the actual router) IP changes itself.So, when you get a new IP that IP must be under route block and the server must be down cause of that it. However, you can simply download cyber ghost VPN and use it only when you have problem connecting to the server. IP does changes time by time so don't worry not a big issue, cheers.

ps: I know you're from Islamabad but doesn't matter, paki internet is paki internet  :lol:
