Ok i accept but we need the training for cops who played 1 month When i joined cop life i didnt know a single thing honestly except some cops guided. So we need training for all cops this should be done by Head of Cop. Like someone should take class. New cops just chase nd catch the suspect. If u ask them whers investigating room they wont know. Laws are real wer in a game not real life when free cops have a emergency situation they will take heavy guns for protection

I will take u to a situation when 3 cops(shotgun nd pistol nd 1 suspect(ak-47 or m4). The suspect(walking nd shooting at cops) is far away wht will u do shoot with pistol ? By the time u do ur first shot he will kill u with his guns Shotgun will do hmm 7% per shot(2sec) just think nd pistol 2% nd ak-47 5% per second. The cops will die in this situation.

I don't see any steps about investigation in the training process of a newly freecop (not cadets) or if there is then pardon me (they'll need to learn that)

Few cops( less than 3) dont do investigation because they dont want to waste time theyre interested in the money they get. Most suspects run we have no option than shooting until. If they giveup nd ask for invest we give them invest. Wht u said is true i know some cops who do tht but i dont wanna name them dont wanna make them my enemy ur taking us to another topic lol

Newly freecop dont get training we hv to study ourselves. Most dont know where to look for them newly freecop needs training someone has to take tht role to teach each newly freecop about commnds etc

In short, there is no need for freecops to get M4/AK-47

But if they were to get them, it would need to be restricted in some way:
Either,

• There is a limited amount of M4 rounds (say, 30 or 60) with the usual shotgun, or
  
• You can have 100 rounds of M4 or 100 rounds of the shotgun, not both
  There could also be some added rule, where you can't use an M4 against an unarmed person, or a person who does not also have an M4
