I have loaned Mr. Katashi Watanabe with $12.000 as he promised to me I will get them back after he will buy the wanted bussiness. (edit: just found out that he actually lied to me.) Since that day,( it have been exactly 2 weeks since then ) I have never seen him, neither my money. I would like you to check the video link which is down below.

As of now, I will be laying down my position of temporary Judge. I had the title of "temporary Judge", because I knew one day (sooner than later) I will quit this position. I will watch the Judge applications and hire a new one.

All the current court cases will be frozen untill a new Judge has been chosen.

I watched the video of this case, and I can't be called as a witnesss or provide any evidence for this court case as the plaintiff didn't do any proper documents of the so called loan. Mr LagFish took a risk to give the defendant the 12 thousand dollars in his own way. he didn't propose it as a loan, he proposed it as a gift as he kept telling him, "I'm giving you 12k" If you gave the man ther 12 thousand you can't demand him to give it back as a loan.

Just found out something.. i shouldnt have taken this as a rp.. He scammed me, I had to report him of scamming to get my money back in like 1 day, but I thought rp-ing it its the only way to fix this kind of stuff.. plus, Katashi scammed at least 4 people on the server.

Seems like you read only what you were interested in, lol. I did not gave the money as a gift, I kept repeating 'Ill give you 12k and you'll give me back 12k after 1 week if your bussiness goes well and if it doesnt, you give them back tomorrow' in order to get everything on the record and logs, to make sure im fine in case of a scam, which just happened.

The court has reviewed the plaintiff's evidence and confirms that the defendant has defaulted on his promise to re-pay the loan.

The plaintiff shall be awarded the full loan in the amount of $12,000 ARD to be deducted from the defendants account. Since no official contract was made nor a verbal agreement for interest or a default penalty against the borrower the court shall dismiss the demand of an additional $8,000 ARD.

Contact a manager+ in game for your refund, do not harass admins about it.
