Dear court, on the date of 18/7/2017
me and katashi bought guns 2 from Joey_stark , The shop was 300k I paid 150k and he paid 150k ,
he is the owner of the shop and Iam the manager, so , I have all the rights to be an owner of the shop too , after 2 weeks of working hard and paying loans , first time we took money from the biz he stole a 2k profit and ran (paprika solved it) , from here he started scamming when he finds me online he runs away , I contacted him and told him to make me owner cuz he isn't active at all , he threated me by blocking me and keeping ignoring me.
My Demands
selling the shop and every 1 take his money back OR I will be the owner of the shop for ever.

The defendant has not responded to this case in the required time frame nor has he been seen in Liberty City for some weeks.

The business shall be sold by the state and the money will be refunded to both parties. $150,000 ARD will be available for the plaintiff (contact manager+ in game). The other $150,000 ARD will be seized by the state in order to refund the other loans the defendant has failed to re-pay.
