I think as said @Kazama just before,the host will be changed so,Game-state is useless from now,until we don't know the future new IP

The server management will let us know if the server is back online.

Nope my friend, set filters to "game: IV Multiplayer" and you will be able to see all servers online on game-state.com

For your all information , Maybe they will change into a new client , which @Mihail Junkovich Did post Videos about on his YT Channel , Don't be surpriesed
