Requesting Permission To Start A Political Party

Honorable Court,

I as the President of the Federal Democratic Party have come here to the honorable court to request permission from the State Of Liberty for starting a political party. This political party is to directly challenge the past and present official decisions by the court that is not necessary for the citizen or has adverse effect on them and we will be moderating laws and we would have the power of democracy as an active opposition. Our aim is to monitor the present laws that if they are benefiting the citizens or not.

Our essential demands are as citied:

1.   Copyright on term “Federal Democratic Party” and its acronym “FDP”.
2.   Use of the above name and acronym without official permission from us would be punishable act.
3.   Use of our logo without our permission should be prohibited.
a.   Federal Democratic Party is declared official political Party in the State of Argonath.
b.    We would have our independent thoughts and ideas on the current as well as the future laws.
c.   We would have the right to challenge the laws in the Court and certain power to change it as per proper voting session.
d.   We would be the active opposition political party in the parliament of United States of Argonath and we seek to fill out the unassigned positions with proper election session with other opposition parties as well.

Honorable Court we request your permission to initiate this political revolution in the State of Argonath.

The Jury of the Liberty City is now in season residing as the body that will made verdicts and judge cases from now on.

Jury is made from people of all professions, and backgrounds so i expect we will be fair as its possible to all sides.

The Jury will post first series of questions regarding this case in next 24h.

The Jury has granted motion 1. the terms will be copyrighted and protected.

The jury has denied motions 2.;3. as the are part of due process you gain with motion 1. that gives you the copy rights.

Elaboration:

Motion a) The official status cant be granted by court, but by the government. (server HQ)

Motion b) You are more then welcome to post new law drafts, but you cant be allowed to bypass the current law makers (court judges/Server HQ and the law makers who posted the drafts)

Motion c) Any citizen of Liberty City has this right by making a new law draft suggestion.

Motion d) No such system exists, when one is made and operational we will be more then happy to cooperate.
