Gta IV Crashing

Hello ,

I installed a ENB Pack and somethings more that @TetraxKiller009  Post on forums , My game First Didn't even Start , But after I got some backup Files from @Markk  It launched but when the loading Screen (Bernie the purple ) It Crashes instantly before it Even reaches the Second Loading Screen Of the Dreams Island when it tries to Connect to the server.

I removed the ENB , Re-installed the IV:MP Client , Re-Backup-ed the Models the and CDImages and Others , Removed the Shaders , Did ONLY Put -Windowed In commandline.txt maybe it gives me some Errors , But It didn't.

Everything Is almost Re-Backup-ed But its still Crashing , Maybe I missed the [O.RP.E] Event today , Didn't put any patrol on forums , His pack ruined my game with all meanings , I tried to contact him to give me backup to Everything except ENB , He gave me a link and I did install it , But game still crashing , Re-backup-ed everything almost after his sec link again , Still not working...And I asked for a Everything Link , No response until now.

you deleted the shaders? use the backup ones or as i already told you, reinstall the game

Reinstall your game, don't waste too much time on trying to find other solution, Once the game files get corrupted It's hard to turn it back working without having your own backup files. You should've learned a lesson to backup your files before touching anything.

Yep. Backups are extremely important - smart people always backup their files before installing any mod.

I know the pack probably installed it automatically, which isn't your fault, but that is why automatic installers should have uninstallers (like I did with Liberty City Customs)

I did backup the Models and others , But still nothing , It should have an Automatic Uninstaller but It don't , Which ruined the hole game files , I did backup the game from before , It took me long , I said its a Automatic Installer that should have Automatic Uninstaller.

As I said up , I thought it has an Automatic Uninstaller .
Reinstalling the game is So hard for Me , I will explain again :

1.My DVD Reader is not working (Planning on a New PC) And I can't enter 2 CDs in it .

2.Trying to install it on another laptop is So hard and will take like 4 Hours , Because I have to install it Completely on the Laptop which will take 1-2 Hours because its an Old laptop which I don't use and Overheats when I Start it and Have 2GB Ram and a Dual Processor , Then , I have to Move a 15GB Files Using a 2GB Free space or more from a  USB Moving Disk equipment , Even If more space , It will take a lot ...

The pain Is real...

The ENB Shaders , I never saw a Shaders File that came In the CD....
Reinstalling is Painful , As I said Up ....

EDIT : I will try to sell my 2Laptops and Buy a New PC , I am Busy At the moment , Still trying.

In my opinion the best way to fix it is to reinstall your game..

God bless me , Its been 5 Hours and 30Minutes to Reinstall the game , It was hardest thing I did in my Laptop , Good thing that Please Lock this topic , I just reinstalled my game , I am so Tired to explain how I did it .

Fun Fact : I got a Removable Disk with 14.8 Free Space , The game was 14.9GB Size , So I had to use 2 Removable Disks to do it , Except the time Installing the game from the another laptop and that hell stuff.
