Clarity. Group relations are vague, interconnected and ever changing. This is just a tool for analysing the current dynamic.
Some mafias list their group relations and some don't, but the ones that don't can still have a stake in the alliances. It's just a quick reference.

Actual mafia wouldn't recruit on a forum, it's ooc. My front row seat experience was a confusing mess of relations that made making friends/ avoiding enemies difficult. I also don't know the point of posting relations on your group topic, if you're not gonna update it when groups close or relations change.
If all mafias hid their relations I wouldn't make this topic. I wouldn't have made this topic a few years ago, but with the new script based, gangwar centered server, this kinda becomes necessary. Finally I only list relations that groups want revealed, I'm not gonna fill it in for them. Nor will I make one group an enemy of another, just because the other lists them as enemy. It's either looking through each topic for individual relations or this topic for all relations.

Actually, That is Soprano's vcmp list which is still not updated, however in SA:MP Division sopranos got more allies & friends If i'm sure.
