GTA IV LOW FPS ON HIGH END PC

I hawe a high end pc.
My spec
i5 3470 3.6 gh
8gb of ram
grapich r7 370 asus strix 2gb ddr5 oc
And i hawe in gta iv mp 25 fps lock on 780p resolution with max out settings and iCEnhancer 3.0  enb mod
Can any help me?

Turn off shadows
Show distance 0
Texture quality low
Turn off reflections

That graphical mod probably is too heavy for ivmp

Check also if u have any fps limiter enabled in the configuration

Press Shift + Enter (Return) Key

Go to the FPS limiter and turn it Off

Turn OFF Hyperthreading/Multi-core Rendering cuz the game doesn't support that..

I would not recommend doing that, atleast on Intel.
Though the i5 3470 doesnt have any hyperthreading, its a 4C4T chip.

Nvidia gpus perform better with ENBs. For AMD you probably need something more optimized or disable some effects
