So i need a passport and a license as someone told me while in game to be able to buy a vehicle and i was searching trough the forums and i couldn't find a application for any of these if anyone could link me to them it would be very appreciated, and someone also told me about a map mod, if anyone knows the link to that as well it would be awesome.
