LIBERTY STATE AGAINST DEEZ ROTHSTEIN

SECTION I. SUMMARY
Crime Investigation Unit (CIU), after launching an operation against illegal weapons dealing, has found that the defendant called Deez Rothstein was accomplice of his mate, Victor Rothstein, dealing illegal war grade weapons to it's undercover detective. As we can see, the defendant is standing near his friend watching and following him, and probably learning from him without calling the police in a second place as he should have done.


SECTION II. ACTS VIOLATED
All acts below are stated in the Laws of Liberty City.

. Act 2.6
Anyone who commits or assists in committing a crime, attempts to commit a crime, or who helps the perpetrators to evade or hide or funds them, is guilty of that crime.

. Act 2.5
Ignorance of law and mental disorders are not an excuse in a process of justice.

.  Act 10.5
A person is not allowed to import, export, transport, manufacture, sell, promote, buy or give or receive a weapon from or to another person. Such person would be guilty of illegal firearms trafficking.
Exception is for registered weapon dealers approved by the court.

Act 10.3
Remington model 1100 TAC 4 Combat shotgun, SW MP-10 submachine gun, AK-47, M4A1 and PSG-1 are classified as military-class weapons and only Law Enforcers are permitted to possess and operate these, and only when performing their duties.

SECTION IV. CHARGES AND DEMANDS
Charge #1:
Accomplice of a illegal weapons dealing without calling/informing the police in a second place.

Charge #2:
Unwillingness to comply with the law during his interrogatory.

Demand #1:
This isn't his first court case. After getting out from the previous one (link in exhibits) the defendant didn't regret his faults and went close to a weapon dealer assisting him or atleast accomplicing him.

The state deems that a fine of 15.000 Argonath RPG Dollars is enough for such actions.

Demand #2:
Hand over all the illegal objects in case he got some, plus 3 years (minutes) prisonment at alderney facility (ajail).

This isn't his first court case. After getting out from the previous one (link in exhibits) the defendant didn't regret his faults and went close to a weapon dealer assisting him or atleast accomplicing him.

The state deems that a fine of 15.000 Argonath RPG Dollars is enough for such actions.

I would plead guilty only if the Judge, Mane Jugovic, lower the fine.
8 000 or 10 000 Argonath RPG Dollars seems to be a correct value according to my issue.

I've seen that any accords were found.

If so, I request the right to have more delay in order to pay my charges, as the fine wasn't lowered, it's still a big amount of money according to my financial status.

Act 3.2
A person attempting to sabotage a government organisation or turn it against its main purpose is guilty of inciting to mutiny. Mutiny is an action against the government in order to bring it down or incapacitate it and is forbidden.

Act 3.4
A person who uses violence, or threatens use of violence, in order to achieve a political, religious, or ideological aim is guilty for terrorism. Terrorism, supporting terrorism, funding terrorism, faking terrorism or showing support to terrorism is forbidden.

Act 3.5
Acts 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 are punishable by up to 48 minutes of imprisonment.

Act 3.10
Using weapons in order to cause harm or incite fear is prohibited.

Act 3.11
Acts 3.9, 3.10 and 3.11 are punishable by up to 5 minutes of imprisonment.

Act 5.8
A person who endangers the comfort, safety, property or lives of others is guilty of common nuisance.

Act 5.14
Acts 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8, 5.9, 5.10, 5.11, 5.12 and 5.13 are punishable by up to 5 minutes of imprisonment.

Act 6.5
A person who intentionally causes bodily harm to another person is guilty of causing bodily harm with intent.

Act 6.6
Acts 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5 are punishable by up to 5 minutes of jail.

Act 6.12
If a person detains another person or group of persons against his (their) will, this person is guilty of hostage taking or kidnapping.
Hostage taking and kidnapping are a serious offence.
This act is punishable by up to 10 minutes of imprisonment.

The laws that are quoted by the chief of LCPD and that have been supposedly "violated" by me are not valables.

Act 10.4
A person is not allowed to possess a weapon he is not authorised to possess by either the court or a LEO. Such person would be guilty of illegal possession of a firearm.

Act 10.6
Acts 10.4 and 10.5 are punishable by up to 8 minutes of jail.

I used to bear a gun on me in case of danger.
This gun is still purchasable in the Montauk Ammu-Nation located at Dillon St.
This Ammu-nation is a public-use business, it means that everyone can buy guns from there since it has been registered as weapons dealers.

As of now, all three known ammu-nation stores are registered weapon dealers. These are the following:
Dillon St. Montauk Ammu-nation
Cavity Lane, Bismarck Ave Ammu-nation
Odhner Ave, Traeger road Ammu-nation

This means they are now allowed to do what act. 10.5 says. However, be aware that act 10.3 and act 10.4 are very much alive. Individuals cannot possess and sell the illegal weapons and can be prosecuted for this. Also new weapon dealers have to get permission from the court to sell the weapons stated in act 10.3.

The three ammu-nations stated above are already known weapon dealers for a long time and they have proven their service to the state. They are therefor registered weapon dealers from now on. [...]

Here are the evidences of the free of sale of that model : Combat-Shotgun.
Since everyone can buy Combat-Shotguns in any of the 3 "registered" weapons dealers, this evidence accusing me of "illegal possesion of firearms" is false.

Those are the laws I've violated ?
We can clearly see in your evidences that im just standing.
I've said anything, I did not threatened you, I did not forced you to do something.
You can't accuse me of something that show the opposite.
I admit bearing a gun, but I did nothing with it.

Honorable judge, I can confirm, as leader of the negotiations, that mister deez (recognized through voice and phone number owner), took the current chief of police as hostage and threatened his life. He also looked fearless and conscious to the future consequences for this action. The defendant seemed asking about his friends Victor and DJRonald and his cases and our legal actions toward them.
I, Inspector and Captain of the LCPD, have provided fake informations in order to take the LCPD high employee from that situation. So, I, as quoted witness, hereby confirm that the proofs which Miss Sanderson has provided are true to stated facts.
