LIBERTY STATE AGAINST DEEZ ROTHSTEIN

SECTION I. SUMMARY
Crime Investigation Unit (CIU), after launching an operation against illegal weapons dealing, has found that the defendant called Deez Rothstein was accomplice of his mate, Victor Rothstein, dealing illegal war grade weapons to it's undercover detective. As we can see, the defendant is standing near his friend watching and following him, and probably learning from him without calling the police in a second place as he should have done.

SECTION II. ACTS VIOLATED
All acts below are stated in the Laws of Liberty City.

Quote
. Act 2.6
Anyone who commits or assists in committing a crime, attempts to commit a crime, or who helps the perpetrators to evade or hide or funds them, is guilty of that crime.

Quote
. Act 2.5
Ignorance of law and mental disorders are not an excuse in a process of justice.

Quote
.  Act 10.5
A person is not allowed to import, export, transport, manufacture, sell, promote, buy or give or receive a weapon from or to another person. Such person would be guilty of illegal firearms trafficking.
Exception is for registered weapon dealers approved by the court.

Quote

Act 10.3
Remington model 1100 TAC 4 Combat shotgun, SW MP-10 submachine gun, AK-47, M4A1 and PSG-1 are classified as military-class weapons and only Law Enforcers are permitted to possess and operate these, and only when performing their duties.

SECTION III. EVIDENCE

Exhibit #1:
Setup of detective's recording device.
Spoiler for Hiden:

Exhibit #2:
Victor Rothstein (as from voice computer recognition) dealing weapons to the undercover detective, and Deez Rothstein (as from computer face recognition) assisting and accomplicing / covering him during the trade.
Spoiler for Hiden:

Exhibit #3:
Copy of the approved warrant
Spoiler for Hiden:

Warrant request

Date of request: 16/5/17
Officer requesting the warrant: LCPD Lieutenant & CIU Senior Detective Steven Seagal
Subject of the warrant: Deez Rothstein
Warrant type: Interrogation and arrest

Subject's charges: Weapons dealing
Evidence: https://m.imgur.com/a/IXlVq
Witness: -

Signed,
LCPD Lieutenant & CIU Senior Detective Steven Seagal

Approved by former temporary judge James Conway

Exhibit #4:
Catch of the right person as confirmed by his documents.
Spoiler for Hiden:

Exhibit #5:
Unwillingness of collaborating with the law. The defendant doesn't recognize the man dealing weapons and not even himself. (Setup of recording device is inside)
Spoiler for Hiden:

Exhibit #6:
Defendant's previous court case found guilty.

SECTION IV. CHARGES AND DEMANDS
Charge #1:
Accomplice of a illegal weapons dealing without calling/informing the police in a second place.

Charge #2:
Unwillingness to comply with the law during his interrogatory.

Demand #1:
This isn't his first court case. After getting out from the previous one (link in exhibits) the defendant didn't regret his faults and went close to a weapon dealer assisting him or atleast accomplicing him.

The state deems that a fine of 15.000 Argonath RPG Dollars is enough for such actions.

Demand #2:
Hand over all the illegal objects in case he got some, plus 3 years (minutes) prisonment at alderney facility (ajail).

Honnorable Judge,

I, Deez_Rothstein , have seen this case against me.
These evidences can not be denied, they do clearly show crimes that may have been commited by me.

SECTION II. ACTS VIOLATED
Quote
. Act 2.5
Ignorance of law and mental disorders are not an excuse in a process of justice.

For that part, It's not an excuse , it's the truth.
I got medicals bills to pay .

Demand #1:

The state deems that a fine of 15.000 Argonath RPG Dollars is enough for such actions.

I would plead guilty only if the Judge, Mane Jugovic, lower the fine.
8 000 or 10 000 Argonath RPG Dollars seems to be a correct value according to my issue.

I swear to not do such crimes again, if the Judge, accept my demands .

Honorable Judge,

The LCPD refuses to lower the demands. The reason for this is Act 2.5 of the Liberty City laws and the result of the previous court case against the defendant. The defendant has had an other court case against them but refused to follow the laws of the state.

I've seen that any accords were found.

If so, I request the right to have more delay in order to pay my charges, as the fine wasn't lowered, it's still a big amount of money according to my financial status.

I request a 3 months delay.
It means that I will be able to pay it in January of the year 2018.
I will pay my charges as soon as I will be able to.

The Jury has decided as common practice, you will be given 2 weeks to pay the fine, if not the state will seize asset/s and reimburse the LCPD from income over public sale of the seized asset/s.

The Defendant request for lowering the fine has already been denied, now the motion to extend the payment period has been denied too.

However, after the defendant has plead guilty, the defendant and a couple of friends of his tried to get rid of me. They took me hostage in a hotel in Algonquin. I recognize that I was with friends.
a couple of friends of his tried to get rid of me.
But that expression is too much.
We were kindly talking in The Majestic Hotel and not trying "to get rid of you"

I've paid the fine.
I've been imprisoned.
From my point of view, this case may be closed

Honnorable Judge,

The laws that are quoted by the chief of LCPD and that have been supposedly "violated" by me are not valables.

Quote
Act 10.4
A person is not allowed to possess a weapon he is not authorised to possess by either the court or a LEO. Such person would be guilty of illegal possession of a firearm.

Quote
Act 10.6
Acts 10.4 and 10.5 are punishable by up to 8 minutes of jail
.
I used to bear a gun on me in case of danger.
This gun is still purchasable in the Montauk Ammu-Nation located at Dillon St.
This Ammu-nation is a public-use business, it means that everyone can buy guns from there since it has been registered as weapons dealers.
Quote from: James Conway on February 07, 2017, 06:45:19 pm
As of now, all three known ammu-nation stores are registered weapon dealers. These are the following:
Dillon St. Montauk Ammu-nation
Cavity Lane, Bismarck Ave Ammu-nation
Odhner Ave, Traeger road Ammu-nation

This means they are now allowed to do what act. 10.5 says. However, be aware that act 10.3 and act 10.4 are very much alive. Individuals cannot possess and sell the illegal weapons and can be prosecuted for this. Also new weapon dealers have to get permission from the court to sell the weapons stated in act 10.3.

The three ammu-nations stated above are already known weapon dealers for a long time and they have proven their service to the state. They are therefor registered weapon dealers from now on. [...]
Spoiler for Hiden:
Here are the evidences of the free of sale of that model : Combat-Shotgun.
Since everyone can buy Combat-Shotguns in any of the 3 "registered" weapons dealers, this evidence accusing me of "illegal possesion of firearms" is false.

Quote
Act 3.4
A person who uses violence, or threatens use of violence, in order to achieve a political, religious, or ideological aim is guilty for terrorism. Terrorism, supporting terrorism, funding terrorism, faking terrorism or showing support to terrorism is forbidden.
Quote
Act 5.8
A person who endangers the comfort, safety, property or lives of others is guilty of common nuisance.
Quote
Act 6.12
If a person detains another person or group of persons against his (their) will, this person is guilty of hostage taking or kidnapping.
Hostage taking and kidnapping are a serious offence.
This act is punishable by up to 10 minutes of imprisonment.

Those are the laws I've violated ?
We can clearly see in your evidences that im just standing.
I've said anything, I did not threatened you, I did not forced you to do something.
You can't accuse me of something that show the opposite.
I admit bearing a gun, but I did nothing with it.

Furthermore, we are requesting the full footage of the camera images of the Majestic Hotel to be uploaded here.
Spoiler for Hiden:
I have recorded all footage, if allowed by the judge as camera footage of the Majestic Hotel, we would like to use that as evidence.

I would ask to the Judge to deny his demand.I got a private life and I would not like to be filmed and it's for that reason I ask for the deny as I've been filmed without my knowledge.

I still dont understand why this case is not closed yet.I've respected all my charges and it was the goal of that case.I've done my parts of this case, so now this case have to be closed.

I got nothing else to say.

Yours faithfully,
Deez_Rothstein

Honorable Judge,

If the defendant is asking to deny the footage of the hotel, I would like to request the following persons to testify against the defendant and his friends, as they were reported for duty on the 7th of October, 2017:

- LCPD Captain Steven Seagal
- LCPD Senior Officer Dwayne Johnson
- LCPD Officer HumptyDumpty / Evil Andreh
- Free Officer Bannupotter
- Free Officer BeastZz
- Free Officer RememberMe
- Free Officer Maldamba
- Free Officer Yasyo Genovese

We have also tracked down the following 911 call to our command center:

Spoiler for Hiden:

We would like to ask the judge to trace this phone number. This call came in at the time that I have been kidnapped by the defendant and his friends (18:27, central Argonath time). We think that this evidence is sufficient enough to request the judge to upload the full footage of the security camera's of the Majestic Hotel, at the date of 7th October 2017, time being 18:25 - 19:25, central Argonath time.

Honorable judge, I can confirm, as leader of the negotiations, that mister deez (recognized through voice and phone number owner), took the current chief of police as hostage and threatened his life. He also looked fearless and conscious to the future consequences for this action. The defendant seemed asking about his friends Victor and DJRonald and his cases and our legal actions toward them.
I, Inspector and Captain of the LCPD, have provided fake informations in order to take the LCPD high employee from that situation. So, I, as quoted witness, hereby confirm that the proofs which Miss Sanderson has provided are true to stated facts.
With your honour...
