A new player when he logs in should get a message to type /rph like only basic thinks should be written here for e.g about action,local chat,out of rp chat and about killing someone with a rp reason and do not return after death and help on how to earn money as a starter.
It will be all in /tutorial cmd .
When he login a message in red color , bcs all scare about red (blood-ban-kick-warn.....) says: welcome to argoserver please check /rules and /tutorial and do a turn to /Rph .
