try kinda cryenbv3 its kinda good graphics bcs i heard it is kinda good graphic mod that kinda doesn't work for low end pces.. idk

Guys, please do not download CryENB as it uses adaption which IV:MP doesn`t support, which gives brightness issues.
Also keep in mind that ANY ENB mod will hit your framerate so you better off having a pc capable of handling GTA IV on high atleast with solid 60FPS+.

32-Bit Operating System,*64-based processer
AMD Radeon HD 5450

Stay off ENBs with those specs, the only thing you can use is a different timecyc, VisualIV for example

I tried Enb now It has too much brightness how to decrease it ( all on low on settings) cars kinds shining now

I once used ENB, the graphics look a lot better but it lags. (20-30fps) then I removed it cause it's too bright at daylight and too dark at midnight.
