I would like to vouch for him, if he gets unbanned I will re-explain the rules and train him personally. He and his few other friends are young boys who didn't quite understand the server rules all these months ago.

We will need an explanation of his actions first, why did he do what he did. 'Young boys' isn't an explanation for me as that doesn't prove he's changed anything.
