General Rules & Guidelines

• You may not place a bid if you lack the required amount of money to do so.
• You should always have enough money in your bank before you place a bid.
• When you place a bid, your account will be checked to verify that you have the specified amount of money.
• You must pay if you win an auction with your placed bid, otherwise you run the risk of being prosecuted in court. In management auctions, you run the risk of losing personal property until the bid is paid.
• You may not edit a bid after you have submitted one.
• It is highly recommended to use a picture as reference to the property in question.
• Auctions made by the public may be orchestrated freely.
• Once an auction has been started it is bound to be finished as per terms stated in the auction's opening post.

Rules for Evicted Properties ( Management )

• The starting price will be identical to the original value.
• You may only increase a bid by a minimum of $5.000.
• The length of the auction will be of 2 weeks.
• Evicted property auctions will not have a buyout price.
