hmm.. universitys or collages/schools with names in them have the format : <Name> <School> like Luke Univeristy. not University of Luke... <School> of <Location> is used for locations, not names

yea. in ireland we have the university of ulster. thats its name

If drinking and driving is illegal, why do bars have parking lots?

Well sir, I tried that at first but I believe someone told me it was against the rules due to copyright enfringement or something  :( I really wanted University of Argonath but it isn't "government" controlled so it isn't allowed.

I understood. but we where talking about Using University of Argonath. 

but than again. there was Argonath Express and Argonath Times, only one was government than. so maybe you can use the name.

I will contact the government about this matter. I will present them our cause and perhaps this will help us in the future whether or not we get the name change permission.
