It works on T3 also when there is no player around you, which basically makes it useless. If it still works on T4 even when players around then That's pretty awesome.

That is awesome! I had many failed attempts in T3 to capture clips. Also, they usually work for a minute or so after a player gets spawned.

Actually, I think it works if a player with the default Chinese guy skin is far enough from a player. That's how I managed to capture one player driving the Vincent near the Main Gas Station.
Anyway, I can't wait to see how good will the new stories be in T4 with working clips.

just a addition drug system cause we only have weed and have to go one different places for 20 grams of it would be better if we can get a field for it
