Pay'n'Spray Little Haiti. Started its journey from 1986 in Little Haiti, Vice City. A project of Collingwood Enterprises. It's one of the trusted PnS over the town, the paint jobs & car repairs are on reliable prices & are the best paints in the town. The property was abandoned/left like 20 years ago by its owner because of him losing interest in the property & not checking it in a while. But previous years, it was won by Collingwood Enterprises' owner "Steven Collingwood" in an auction held by the Government. The business is owned by VCPD Chief of Police Gabriel Adams, a donation to VCPD by Steven Collingwood - The Collingwood Enterprises, for their salaries & VCPD Funds.

• We offer one of the best paint jobs on vehicles providing variety of colors.
• We also provide a total vehicle tuning including the engine, gear box, oil change, carburetor, fuel tank,etc.
• The customer can also ask for color choice but it'll cost a bit more than normal price due to its importing.
• Body parts are also fixed/repaired in our shop.
