The siutation started up like this, I logged in and I've been informed via the CB radio about a situation going on at Queens ammu-nation, I went there. I parked my car infront of the business, I went out. Valentin Gvardia was outside, waiting for me. I walked towards the door, me and Valentin entered the building, before we did so some Fischetti guy started aiming at us, suddenly. After getting inside and getting in touch of the whole situation; it was mostly about protecting our allies which confirmed to us that he got shot. After a few minutes, Khm asks me if I did interact with anyone from crowd when I was outside, I said no because there wasn't anyone holding me from not stepping in. They were just chilling around, they had the whole time to interact with me and ask me to leave or confirm my identity which they didn't and as long as there is no police barricade set it is not against the rules. As I stated previously, Valentin was outside waiting for me and also welcoming. Khm forced me to re-do the scene, he teleported me outside and I parked my car back so it would look like the scene is being continued after I parked my vehicle. I was inside my car, I've been asked to leave. I was calling Valentin meanwhile, I got aimed and I did turn around and left the scene. We did regroup in a Sultan and asked numerous times in the CB channel if we can shoot on sight on people from outside, we've been confirmed to do so. We went back to the scene, I saw people getting shot, I took cover and I did throw a single molotov which didn't kill anybody, only lowered the health of a few people. I didn't shoot any bullet, you can verify the logs for that. At the beginning I didn't want to shot anyone but I saw people being shot and getting damage which made me throw the molotov. After I saw that everyone stopped shooting, I did the same and due to Khm's analyze of the video he decided to issue a full ban upon me even if I wasn't the guy who started shooting first.

No one of us were aware of the situation being on hold because we didn't report anyone. There was no "rulebreak" and nobody had a complain regarding the whole situation(from our side). There wasn't any staff member telling us that the situation is on hold on the main chat or contacting anyone of us personally and telling us to hold our actions until they finish their talk with Fischetti, Sopranos and whoever was outside of the ammu-nation.

So yeah instead of asking us to refund those which got killed and we could resume the scenario could have been way more smarter than banning me permanently for throwing one molotov. Considering the fact that I don't have a "colored" punishment list. And no, I won't do any basic asslick statements to get unbanned. You should rather deny my request. We all do mistakes, I threw the molotov because people got shot, I thought admins are just observing the scene as Robert_Fisher was doing inside the ammunation. There was no point in giving me a ban, I was personally ready to refund those which I caused damage upon throwing the molotov.

After I asked you to redo the situation and you were still there, I've stepped in again and questioned the Fischetti why they are trying to kill Vinnie and cause another shootout there alongside Robert_Fisher and [TCL]Younes, you were in your car next to us and you knew we were there, then you left the scene. After quite some time, simultaneously with people in the ammunation you planned to start shooting the people there while we had the situation on hold and everyone distracted by being questioned by us and was to be nullify the situation and dismiss everyone there but you had another idea. You've made a /cbcountdown for everyone to start shooting acknowledged that we were still there and the situation was still on hold, afterwards you knew that you fucked up and started dropping out troll comments on the /cb knowing that we weren't willing to oversee what just happened. The video was used to see who had the ability to know that the situation on hold and who did not, that is why only Fabio was tempbanned for it and you were banned as you were the one who created all of this.

And again, you're making assumptions just like always. Yes I did the cbcountdown because we've all came to this conclusion and I had access to do so, poeple were asking for help and thats why we came so quick. I didn't know the siutiation is on hold, I left because I've been asked to do so by people from outside. I was trying to roleplay caĺling Valentin but there was some sort of bug due to a previous anonymous call which I didnt answer. You could have stated in the mainchat so all of us could be aware of the fact  that you have administrative things to handle with these people SINCE WE DID NOT REPORT ANYONE. So instead of banning me for throwing one molotov you should have banned those you were talking to since they were aware of the situation being on hold. Yet they continued shooting untill they got fucked up. You can see in the video that I was also standing, I threw the molotov when I saw them shooting back. We did talk through the cb radio and we were aware of the situation with people being armed outside the ammu. I did witness it myself since I was once there already. So if you want to find this as an excuse, you just failed.

Your job was to inform us that the situation is on hold, you can't ban people for your inability to do a basic thing. You can't just assume that I saw you there since you were the one which teleported me. I wish I could read minds.


To add: when I did the cbcountdown we were close to ammu, not there. We had no visual over the scene hence if we had I wouldn't do the cbcountdown.

Again I am not assuming, I am stating facts. Before you left, you were sitting in your sultan right next to us while Fischetti and Gambino were circling myself, then Robert_Fisher came again and stood next to me with Younes behind me with a car. Kenji asked if the situation was on hold (as he was inside the ammunation and did not know) or no before you came in and was told that it was on hold the moment you started shooting so that's another miscommunication on your part aswell. You were not banned for throwing a molotov, that was a secondary thingy. You were banned mainly because you jumped in a hole and led and dragged your friends with you in it. I did not assume you saw me for a distance, you were sitting right next to me with the crowd when I asked them why they were going after Vinnie and why do they want to kill him.

Before I left it was only you around telling me to continue roleplaying. I didn't see any other admin, it was only you. Robert was inside the ammunation if I recall correctly, I didn't see any message you are claiming in my screen about you talking with them, I was mostly focused on trying to interact as you told me to.

I did not provoke anything. You can see in video, we were all calm until Fabio went out and started shooting them. They knew that the situation is on hold and there is an admin talk going on and they could stand and report Fabio accordingly instead of jumping around like chimps and starting shooting us. This could be avoided if you would state in the mainchat that the situation is on hold just like every staff member does. Or just sends a /apm to highest ranked member online which can forward the message to everyone else. As I said, no one of us knew that you are having a talk regarding the scenario as I said because no any of us had anything to report. When we did the cbcountdown we were still at the Queens Boulevard near some clothing shop, around the corner. We had no visual even after the countdown finished, we arrived like after 3-4 seconds after. We stepped out of our vehicles and we were all standing. Fabio went out, started shooting and they started shooting back which made all of us think that there is a shootout on going there. You can't blame me for doing a cbcountdown, you can see very well that it has been asked. I didn't order people to insta shoot, whoever was in the Sultan didn't do anything ultill Fischetti and others started opening fire. My point is, I wouldn't lead anything like this if I were aware of the situation, I wouldn't do any cbcountdown. I do have enough experience to handle this kind of stuff and I repeat, no one of us had visual before doing the cbcountdown at the scene, I did it before all of us arriving there. That's why we did not shoot when we left the Sultan. Just look at this guy using rifle to shoot our people even after they stopped doing so. Yet you take the decision to ban me up directly without asking us what happened.

Can anyone with a pair of balls show up and deal with it already? I gave you enough reasons of why I shouldnt be banned yet you are quiet for a fucking month already. Whats the issue?

To add: I am aware of the fact that you guys have things to do in your life way more important and precious than wasting it here including the fact no one of you is getting paid for the work you're currently doing here. All my respect towards what you're doing, if I wasn't pleased of how the server is being managed, honestly I would have stopped playing a long time ago. I don't have any achievments to gain here, the only reason is Gvardia because of the huge respect I have towards it and the beautiful moments shared through years. I'm not saying you should just show up and unban me immediately but I'd rather prefer of telling me what I did wrong and sort things out instead of being silent. I'd be more than glad to discuss it freely, we all do mistakes. What's good in them, is the fact that we always have something to learn from them no matter how long we played here. I've came up with proper arguments and I did it politely and I do expect the same thing from your side. In my opinion, this ban is a big misunderstanding and a rushed decision, no any grudge towards Khm, being aware of his purpose from the end of the shootout happened outside the ammu-nation saying this in the main chat:

My point is we could have solved out the misunderstanding in-game if this intiative from the admin would exist, but again thats just my current opinion. If you have any questions regarding the situation to clear up I'm ready to answer you.

After fully reviewing the situation that lead to the ban i have come to a conclusion that we as administration may have jumped to an early conclusion, Though when in such a situation all parts of the groups involved have to be aware of what is going just so that you don't all Shoot when an admin is talking to members of the roleplay scenario.

If there happens to be a next time where admins on duty are opened fire upon because of one hothead in the groups mistake then we will ban the entire group for paying no attention to roleplay and/or the situation itself.
