This event is public and anyone can attend as long as they abide the following rules:
- No weapons inside the building, other than law enforcement.
- No shouting or interrupting the ceremony.
- No trespassing off-limit areas.
- Follow instructions from staff.
Breaking any of the rules above will lead to removal from the building and arrest if needed.
