I would only allow this if the timer was removed, otherwise it'd be too easy for cops to just camp on a roof for 5 minutes until the dealer leaves.

However, I do not agree to this. Even if you sell to the dealer, cops can still take down the criminal and retrieve the money. So no harm done.

What Klaus said is exactly correct.

We had this previously and even cops agreed that it was absurd that you could camp on the roofs and just wait out the dealer. You couldn't even approach the area in a heli since M4 usually gets the better of that duel.
