FEDERAL DEMOCRATS AGAINST BADBOYDHIA

CASE SUMMARY
Federal Democratic Party (F.D.P.), recently launched a project to bring a stop to illegal firearms transmission (giving, selling, etc). During this time, the FDP have discovered that the defendant, legally under the name of Mr. Badboy Dhia, has been selling illegal military-grade weapons to the city's public. As shown, the defendant is advertising these weapons, in which some are out of stock, as well as selling these weapons as part of their stock. The N.O.O.C.I. have gathered information on Badboy Dhia and they have discovered that he has been involved in legal problems before.


SECTION ONE: ACTS VIOLATED
All acts below are stated in the Laws of Liberty City.

Act 10.3
Remington model 1100 TAC 4 Combat shotgun, SW MP-10 submachine gun, AK-47, M4A1 and PSG-1 are classified as military-class weapons and only Law Enforcers are permitted to possess and operate these, and only when performing their duties.

Act 10.5
A person is not allowed to import, export, transport, manufacture, sell, promote, buy or give or receive a weapon from or to another person. Such person would be guilty of illegal firearms trafficking.
Exception is for registered weapon dealers approved by the court.

SECTION THREE. CHARGES AND DEMANDS
Charge #1:
Selling illegal weapons.

Charge #2:
Illegally selling weapons without legal registration by the Liberty Court

Demand #1:
The State believes that Badboy Dhia should have known that these weapons were illegal.
The state demands that $30,000 is given to the FDP by Badboy Dhia so that we may continue this project and continue to stop illegal firearms from being trafficked throughout LC.

Demand #2:
The gun store is removed from the ownership of Badboy Dhia, as these illegal weapons were being sold and Badboy Dhia knew that these were illegal firearms.

After i saw you guys . I would say that its not the right to place to fight or to troll. i request to close this "ridiculous" topic.
I have requested in the past a license and the court didnt gave me for ..... reasons. Also my business is running from more than 3 monthes ago. Why you didnt sue me? Im sure you didnt find anyone to sue so you cale to me ?

I will be very out of rp like those skype logs.

This court case isn't yet allowed by the court, i didn't allow anyone to use state name and to represent the state as i have no right to do so.

Only players who have such rights are Managers+ in a whole, or division leaders as individuals, they are what we refer in cases as Liberty City State.

They in return made the court hierarchy, where you can see who was given rights to represent the state.


This case brought up the issue that is revolving around the following problem that isn't set yet, can a individual or a group start a criminal law break case without FBI/LCPD/NOOSE.

The jury didn't talk about this and there are things that come up from time to time with new cases, where I don't know if its a valid case or not.

Its clear that a form of evidence collection was involved in the making of this case, but I will see to take things from real life, where a individual/group wont be able to start a criminal law case against other group/individual without involvement of Courts/Police.

This case seems like vigilante justice case, that isn't defined in Liberty City Laws.

So the Jury will need to vote how to proceed with this case, as a unique issue the new court system encountered 

The suggestion i will make when im able will revolve around people who find any criminal activity that they can relate the info to the Senate, or 20 or James Conway.

We will then forward case information's to LCPD/FBI/NOOSE who will then make cases when they are sure they have collected a decent amount of evidence.

The Jury will vote about this unique case we will post the results as soon as a majority votes are secured.

Federal Democratic Party is not an official law enforcement agency, nor is it nor has it ever been authorized to represent the State in any matters inside or outside the Courts.

As a civilian group, the evidences gathered should have been given to the LCPD or the FBI who would conduct an investigation and confirm the validity of the evidences and then make a case if warranted.

The FDP would like to point out that we didn't know that the State could be represented by particular individuals/agencies. That is changed.

We would like to apologize to the FBI for not handing in evidence, it's because we believed that when we started our project, when we found out about Badboy Dhia selling prohibited firearms which could potentially be linked to terrorism, we thought that making a court case and handing in the evidence to the court would be the correct way to proceed. We would like the FBI to investigate this case, and if it is found valid, allow us to continue. If the FBI find the evidences gathered invalid, the case may be closed.

We didn't sue you because we were already busy with other work and when we discovered that you were selling illegal firearms, we conducted our own investigation into it and found that our evidence is valid.

This case is not about why you were denied a license. You were warned by James Conway about those firearms being sold, yet you decided to disregard the law and get sued.

Another point, a crime is a crime, no matter how long ago it was committed.

If this was 15 years ago, and we had evidence, we could sue you after 58 years, as any crime must be brought to justice.

The FBI made a case after a year against a former drug dealer, yet the case was valid.
