When a guy actually regrets for his actions and says sorry for how he treated you, this is my second ban, bro my last ban was at June 31, I am sorry, I won't repeat it again, Discussing for a whole month means me staying out of argo for a year like seriously, my brother doesn't let me even touch his acc and I am bored plz discuss sooner.

I had surprise test's from 22 Oct till 27 Oct. Then now, I have my exams from 9 December 2017 till 19 December 2017.

You won't be down by me next time, I am sorry my future plans are to work hard and never hack, I'll also put my brother on watch to forbid me from hacking, I won't use hacks next time.

Show that you have learned from your actions, we have rules in place for a reason and you are expected to follow them. Double-check your new hard drive and make sure that you have nothing related to lag cs or any kind of hacks installed before re-joining.
