Said belongings^ account for more than the loan's worth thus there should be no problem with the payment. Shall the receiver fail to pay back within the deadline, belongings accounting to 153000 ARD are to be forcefully removed from the receiver and paid to the loan company. If said loan receiver hides his belongings to avoid paying, his bank account(s) is/are to be permanently taxed the amount he owes until the debt is repaid. For each week passing the deadline date, the receiver's payback amount is increased by 5%.
