Check your internet Connection , If you are not connected to internet , it will not even show "Connection Failed".

If I didn't work , Reinstall the client , but mostly it an Internet connection.

If none worked , Try to check if its blocked by firewall.

-try to connect to another ip,and then this
-if u paste the ip pay attention not not paste spaces

Before you put the server ip, do you see a message like this" :/" if yes, that means your IVMP Folder is the problem.

Remove the IVMP Folder and then re-install the ivmp, make sure to remove the ivmp folder first before reinstalling it, if you right away uninstall and install it, it wont work :<)
