I was banned off the server at some point over the course of this year for having shown disrespect to a certain staff member of the server.

I do not intend to write an entire book on the case, with the aim of justifying my actions by any means.

I have shown non-exemplary behavior and apologize for the words said at that point in time. I acted out of emotion and impulsiveness.

In all honesty, I have no recollection of having evaded my bans.

I have attempted entering the server several times after said ban, but was always kicked out on the basis of being banned.

If you do have any specific information/evidence on this matter, I'd be glad to take a look at it.

By the time I was in the UAE, and I fought [VU]Veteran in the championship, I was already banned. I believe this is some misunderstanding.

Looked in to this further, we can't prove the connection 100% (which usually is the case) thus you're off the hook

I have no room for leniency when it comes to you rulebreaking because of both your track record with bans and your knowledge of the server. You are fast running out of chances now.

If you are unable to control your 'impulses' then I suggest not playing on this server.
