I've had a long talk with you IG about the way you are playing recently, you were clearly disregarding our rules. You were steering to random people, killing them instantly without any proper RP reason nor any interaction whatsoever. You have been here for enough time to realize that what you were doing is completely wrong. You can reap up notoriety using many legit ways and not by DMing people. I'll not make it long considering you have shown that you understand where you are wrong at and so on throughout our debate IG. However..  Is it being in a hurry that made you kill people randomly to take notoriety? Or what exactly? And how can we be so sure you'll not be repeating the same thing again if you are to be unbanned?
