Please note if your getting any troubles while installing this mod your free to ask for help here but please there is readme in every file so try to read it and after this if you got any troubles then ask here as I said alright have a good day

I did everything as you have written. Tried installing it few times same results. Might try reinstalling the game.

Well i would recommend to replace the snow mod with backup files which i have put in i will try to fix it and i will let it to be start working and who don't have downloaded this yet please don't download it too.
