local chats

There really should be the local chats, shout, whisper etc. One day, if VCMP becomes populated like SAMP, there will be flooding with people RP chatting with local people as the chats go to everyone in the game.

The only scriptable / commands vcmp supports is "/c" "/command" and "/msg" and you cant create your own.
The next vcmp version will be all / commands and no ! commands.

there are 2 popular scripting languages
mIRC and pawn0
the /l or /s commands cannot be scripted by the current language i.e mIRC
it will be possible with pawn0

I reckon its possible with even MTA, theres a !dis command, so why wouldn't you be able to say something or shout something to someone within a certain distance? :roll:
