Additional notes:
I will briefly recap of my story before I got banned. Friend of mine told me to come to LSCH so he could show me a job place for Firefighter, as I'm a new player around these parts. When I was driving there, my bike (which was Argonath vehicle) ran out of the fuel. So, I saw nearest bike and tried to use it. I only had one second to drive it before it ejected me, saying that it belonged to Royallnc Group. When I was ejected, the bike managed to hit Brian's LSPD car, making his car spin, before he accused me of using hacks, to which I do not. I tried to explain him the situation, but I couldn't respond to him by using /w, because he was inside the car. Before I could get an answer on how to whisper to admins, I got banned off the spot and never got a chance to at least try to testify myself.

I don't know how exactly can I prove that I am, in fact, not using any hacks, but I will send various SS's, including my GTA San Andreas folder, to at least present some evidence that I have. This excludes my chatlog, however, as I have lost it when trying to relog it, since it said I was /kicked/ and not /banned/ at the first thought.
Hopefully my ban will be lifted, as much as I'm more confused than what I should be.

You were standing still on my left, I drove past you and just as I passed you your bike suddenly teleported in to my vehicle, you were ejected, but did not lose any HP from what I could see.

This wasn't the first strange behavior on your user today, are you sure you do not have any modifications installed in another installation?

To respond with the whole ''HP loss'', from my own perspective, I believe I told that I had /one second/ before it ejected me, so I managed to drive some miles, to which I drove to in your way, trashing the bike onto your car. From the multiple reckless background I had, I can say that it wouldn't result any HP loss as long the impact was light, or the player hasn't fallen to the ground this badly, to which I was standing in the left side of the road, while your car was facing onto me after the spin.

And to respond with the ''strange behavior'' question. While I have to admit for the fact that I had about 3 connection drops (to remind you, I didn't received ANY kick notifications before I got kicked for ''Car Raining'' (to which I still have no clue what even it meant) when talking with Paul., I believe). For the first kick, I was merely driving around the Romeo by the Wang Cars in SF, before I was kicked. For the second kick, one of the cop ejected out of the plane and wanted to talk with me, before I was kicked out once again before I could even respond. When I reclogged, he was standing there, tabbed out, before I simply shrugged it off and drove again. And for the final kick, I don't exactly remember that much, but I think it was when I was driving my newly found bike around Market.

But now that you mentioned about ''other installation'', I do have this one folder that I downlaoded for this one modded Campaign. Keep in mind, however, I kept it for like 2 months while playing other Heavy RP server, which I had NO connections drops nor ''Illegal Modification'' bans. I will, however, still show the folder. It was kept in specifically away from the vanilla purposed game.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt as you are being very compliant and understanding in your appeal, but please make sure that if there's any modifications that can effect your gameplay and that of others, that you do uninstall it, you are free to log in to the server again.
