I have idea Admins , if the vcpd cadets&swat&FBIs be more than the criminals in the Heist and the vcpd can kill em and the criminal can’t return after death and cadets&etc… can return so how can the criminal survive from vcpd or at least escape from the bank so the cant be allowed to return after death cuz it will be waste for the criminal in the weps and time and at end just called RP , i dunno it good idea or i think the who in vcpd will refuse my idea cuz it will be bad for em , now i say that cuz i dunno that a good idea or not admins you can reply and see that idea good or not ... and Thanks .

If you're talking about the balance issues in a heist, yes of course it's largely unbalanced towards the criminals but that's how we want it to be. We might make some slight changes to it but in regards to cops having infinite lives, that won't change.

The logic of VCPD being allowed to return after death is to have some realism. You don't get away with robbing a bank by killing five cops, now do you? You'll have swarms of cops trying to stop you. Criminals will ALWAYS have disadvantage against the police when it comes to things like this, and it's logical that they do.  The police is a government supported squad after all.

Maybe they should only have 3 lives or something like that for a bank heist, or maybe a cooldown? Afaik heist is done in about 20 players, with most of them being official trained gear..6? VCPD cops, so it would be mad trying to kill them all and them just coming back. You usually kill them all one by one so they would always come back quickly and be the same size as before. It's hard enough killing one of them alone let alone that number.. It's hard to think about 5-6 official cops chasing you along with one of them being in a heli, shaking them off the road or killing them somehow would be pointless as they can easily come back, so how can you escape them?

All of the successful bankrobs have involved the strategy "kill all cops fast enough". If you can't do it, you won't make it.

Cop lives will not be limited in any scenario. Gears they (can) use are already regulated.

As for your last question, you're not supposed to evade 5-6 cops on your own, especially if majority of them are VCPD. Bankrobs are not supposed to be a cakewalk, they are meant to be near impossible hence the insanity level payday it can give.
