A bomb testing kit in game which player can buy from black market or ammunition
the kit will stay with you like CB radio and crate, you can /checkBomB and the kit tells you if the car has a bomb planted in it or not the kit will be used once and the player has to buy another one for another occasion

if it's infinite, then there's no point in player planting bombs in cars, everyone can buy kit for once and /checkbomb
they need to be ready and re-prepared for next occasion. i hope you get my point.

that's obvious, But cannot we able to make it use before entering the car like standing nearby it and execute /checkbomb
and the text appears saying the car is free from any booby trap

No, sorry but I don't like the idea. I don't think it's necessary. One can already evade car bombs if he really suspects one.
