if we just add this command it will be better just /Ticket id amount reason and they have to do /pay!
Seems to me like you are searching an easy way to get them suspected?
Anyways, /trade is made universal just for this. There will most likely be no any shortcuts for paying or anything.. each player sees what he gives and what he receives.
Maybe there could be a physical ticket that gets kept in your /invent which you can pay later on at any police station or right on spot.
1. Officer gives a ticket -> The player roleplays a bit and denies trade or just drives away -> Gets suspected and rest goes as usual.
2. Officer gives a ticket -> The player accepts the trade and pays the amount right away and ticket disappears.
3. Officer gives a ticket -> The player says he will pay later on at nearest police station, he just accepts the trade from the officer and keeps the ticket in the /invent. Then goes to police station and pays his/her ticket for the slightly higher amount [Let's say it goes double - 50$->100$, 100$->200$, 150$->300$]. The money goes to the state and no one else.
4. Officer gives a ticket -> Player says he will pay later on at nearest police station.. HE LIED. The player keeps the ticket in his /invent to brag about it? To get more goodies? Reputation?. But what player did not know is that next time he is suspected and killed -> He pays for all the tickets in his /invent.
Now the tickets in the invent could maybe disappear after some time but could also be some sort of wanted level/goodies for criminals as I mentioned before? [
