Alright, lets start.
First, I were in a heli and trying to go down to Los Santos City Hall, cause there was a roleplay ( about Santa rewards , by Sforzas ) and as I said, I was trying to go down to be fast there for RP , but weren't finding a place to let the heli. Moments later, someone shoted me ( I really dont know who did ) and my heli explosed.
I died of course, respawned on my bussines and at the moment I seen myself banned.
Was shocked, for one moment I though he kidding, but I seen was true.
Its the second time I got ban today ( 25 / 12 / 2017 )
For 1st tempban, I agree I made a fault.
But for the second one, I dont think so bro.
Just look at the reason, " For mass dm "
Just asked my friend which were there with me, at LSCH , did I killed someone with my heli? And they said no, you can't call this a mass dm if and ban me for no reason if I didn't killed any player already.
To be honest, I was feeling that, I said something is wrong to iKhm, just guess, he quited Sforza group lol, what do you guess other.
Don't have any personal issue, but don't do action before you see what happen.
I think I was clear, I will be asnwering everykind of question and hope to be banned before new year.

Mass DMing serves you a permanent ban and not a temporary one. If your Chopper did not blow anyone up that does not mean you can get away with it. You are in an unban section, act by its regulations and quit being trollish. Khm would not have banned you if he was not sure about his decision.
