What do you get out of ramming players for no reason and just running around the server rulebreaking then trying to lie about it?

That's the kind of attitude that is not at all needed on a roleplay server where players want to come and relax and have fun interacting with other people.
They don't want to have to worry about people ramming and disrupting their roleplay environment.

Could you explain to me in 50 words or less what Argonath means to you and what you can contribute to the roleplay side of things?

Well I never rammed before like this or get reported I was just kidding with him didnt knew he will report me aswell, And he rammed me to, when I ram him so idk why did he reported me he should get punished aswell, You didnt give me a chance to explain myself, I was aggresive at that time I was behaving  very badly with Khm, cause he never give me a chance to explain myself, I know lot of times there was my mistake and this time aswell, but he should be punished too since he rammed me aswell. You've been watched for quite the while before the ban took effect, I can say for almost a week you got plenty of verbal warnings and actual punishments to quit trolling around the players by ramming them then killing them for damaging your car. Like Andeey said we don't want this kind of attitude on the server, specially the lying part yet you keep doing it over and over.

He was my friend when I rammed him he also rammed me too but I dont know why he reported but yeah I agree it was my mistake.I wont do that kind of activity in server again just me last chance.

We can stay here all day if you're not willing to give us the actual truth. Each time you encounter a person on the server you either ram them or try to deathmatch so you can kidnap or have a shootout with then and ending in a cop chase to satisfy your needs for the day and when you get into trouble with an admin, you've always brought this what I call lame excuse of "He is/was my friend, we just joking" so that's pretty much not believable and you've used that ticket already to get you out before and you know it didn't benefit you much and it won't benefit you now aswell.
So again I want you to answer these questions, first one was asked by Brian already and you avoided to answer it.

Why did you do this in the first place, what were you trying to achieve by being a general annoyance to others.

Secondly, if we are to unban you how do we expect you to behave on the server in the future? What do you plan to do if you get unbanned?
Lastly, explain in a post briefly what does "roleplay" mean to you.
