Making it legal causes less drug deals and a more variable way for medics to cure an injured player if need be. It would only benefit the VCPD, which you are Chief of, to allow weed to be legalized. You should support it, rather than object it.

Regardless of it being legal or not, criminals will use it to heal themselves when chased by the VCPD, so might as well save yourself some investigative trouble and allow it to be legal.
