[EVENT] 2018 New Year Crate Hunt

New Year has arrived!

What's this? Santa and his 80s reindeers were spotted flying over Vice City and with him are another 20 crates containing cash!

Since I wasn't able to get the promised Day 2 up and running due to an internet connection interruption, here it is again for the New Year!

These crates are still scattered around Vice City but there are few changed mechanics this time around.

For starters, 10 seconds after you see the "Ho ho ho!" message, a news message will pop up in chat telling the location where Santa was last sighted.

In addition, /santacrates was added so players can see how many unclaimed crates are still lingering on the map.

Spoiler for Additional Info:

• Players can collect as many crates as they want to.
• The 20 crates drops at a rate of 1 every hour until all 20 have been dropped.
• Crates will not spawn inside interiors that you have to /enter, glitch spots, or interiors that you have to teleport to (e.g.: stadium)
• Unclaimed spawned crates will remain spawned even after a server restart until it is claimed.
