General rules

1. Regular sales are not permitted within these private market areas.
2. If you are auctioning multiple items, please place the tag [Bazaar] onto your market stall ((topic))
3. If you are auctioning vehicles, properties (such as house or trailer or apartment), item, or businesses please use the appropriate [Property], [Vehicle], [ITEM]
 [Business] tag on your market stall ((topic))
4. Do not include any other tags on your market stall ((topic)). Please only include the identification tag and minor details only.
5. You are not allowed to withdraw your auction when there's at least one person bidding. (minimum bid or higher which was stated by the seller on their main post, if it's lower then the seller can withdraw.)
6. Once someone placed a bid, you cannot raise the price.
7. Once someone reached the buyout, you're not allowed to sell your property to a higher bidder (if there's any)
8. Any kind of discussion on the topic is not allowed and may result into a forum punishment, if you think there's a controversy within the auction or there's a problem with it please use the report function and the board mods will take further actions.
9. Once you place a bid you cannot withdraw it. (Unless the bidder chooses otherwise)
10. Old topics (30 days) will be archived, if you want to keep it bump your topic once every 2 weeks.



As you've noticed, we've separated the auctions into a different board from the sales to tidy things up also there was a similar topic created by Teddy before and we've used some of it in order to make this section much more cleaner and organized, the following templates are required for naming & topics. Topics created after this date that do not meet the template will be subject to closure. This is created to make things easier for all of us. Thanks.

Formatting Customization Limits
In order to maintain a clean, simplified process you can not alter the following:

• Size of text in the template
• Alignment of the template (template should be left aligned)

You can alter the following:

• Add color to the text
• Include a reasonable number images
• Add an additional element for contact information
• Add any additional information you feel is relevant to the sale under "details" element.
