The court will now answer the following questions:

1. If we're on a Security Detail, and we tell someone to get off the property, we can threaten to dial police if they don't comply, yes?

Court reply: Its not just a threat, your only way to get a man like that off the property is LCPD, you can ask and use minimal force to try and remove the subject of the property grounds, if you are unable you must call LCPD.

2. The evidence that G6 can gather can be crucial to Court and LCPD pursuing those subjects, in that terms G6 can achieve a lot. *screens do the job fine, just videos are even better*

Court reply: Forward photos/videos from G6 actions to LCPD/FBI and wait for them to build cases.

3. Are we authorised to engage using lethal force in the event that an unrelated person's life is in danger? E.G. A police shootout or people with guns threatening a civilian

Court reply: You are allowed only to defend your lives, and lives of your client. If you are not hired to guard that person you have no reason to help the person, unless you wanna be a vigilante, but then you will be held responsible by law for your actions.

4.As you're a part of the Lucchese, would you like to hire Gruppe Sechs Security for your bank? We can make a contract, we tried to provide Badboy Bank but he declined claiming that he doesn't need security because "he's Badboydhia"

Court reply: This is completely irrelevant to this case.

I have an enquiry on the weapons.

Can we be given permission for the Combat Shotgun, as we have used them on police duty and have been capable of using them efficiently. The M4 can wait, as it is an elite weapon, however the Combat Shotgun would be a big help.

WEAPON AGREEMENT
Gruppe Sechs have thought about developing a Special Weapons and Tactics Squad for these weapons. If Gruppe Sechs are to be given these weapons, we want to ensure safety and proper usage of these weapons as much as the court and any law enforcement agency would. Hence why Gruppe Sechs would develop a SWAT Squad which would have only the most skilled and trusted Operatives. In terms of copyright clashes with the TRU Operative rank, Operative is a broad term, and SWAT would not be known as an official law enforcement capacity, instead, as an elite sub-division of Gruppe Sechs, who would be utilized when deemed necessary to ensure the most effective and special services.

Currently, nothing for a Gruppe Sechs SWAT division has been developed, but is in planning stages by our staff if the court approves our request.

WEAPON AGREEMENT
Gruppe Sechs would like the Jury to reconsider the request made. A SWAT division was specially created for this very purpose. This license would help our SWAT Ops to work with special conditions, protocols and guidelines. If the Jury need to see our classified information, they will be shown. The SWAT division, among other divisions, is being developed to ensure EXTREME security. These divisisons would work together in coalition to provide an effective, secure service.

If the Jury wants to see the Divisions and how they would work, they may request it from us in private.


We really hope that the Jury can reconsider it so that we can operate under the heavy circumstances that may be brought.

Gruppe Sechs have developed a Special Weapons and Tactics Squad for these weapons. If Gruppe Sechs are to be given these weapons, we want to ensure safety and proper usage of these weapons as much as the court and any law enforcement agency would. Hence why Gruppe Sechs went and developed a SWAT Squad which would have only the most skilled and trusted Operatives. The military grade weapons would be restricted to SWAT Recruits and above, as any member of SWAT would need to have a high level of trust and would need to sign a safety contract (a copy would be sent to Judge) which is why SWAT would only have trusted members.

Recruits would respond with normal G6 weaponry UNLESS it is absolutely necessary to utilize military grade weaponry, as they are Recruits.

Currently, a Gruppe Sechs SWAT division has been developed, and is functional, it would be much more effective IF the court granted us a license.

SAFETY CONTRACT - GRUPPE SECHS SWAT RECRUITMENT
Gruppe Sechs have taken measures to ensure security in our SWAT division.

Doing this, we've created a safety contract which any applicant must sign. Breaching this contract warrants severe punishment by Gruppe Sechs Command.
