Yes, I have allowed it. As evident, I only play VC:MP Argonath these days so I don't see any need to prevent someone else from giving it a shot.

With that being said, best of luck and I hope you manage to get this group into its' former glory and above. The days of BCSD/SASD were the most memorable and fun days of my stay in SA:MP Argonath ;)

I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.

So anyone can make their own freecop division with custom ranks and HQ, as long as they follow freecop rules annd regulations?

As any member of this community is allowed to unite by creating his own group, they can make any group they want and name it however they want.
As well as if the group is under their SAPD duties, they have to abide ARPD rules.
