We'd like to inform you that we encourage any type of serious roleplay within the server. What we've seen so far is positive and appealing for new officers. However, we'd like to remind you of the ARPD guidelines and Argonath Constitution. Yesterday remarks were made about jurisdiction during a warrant execution in Dillimore. You need to understand that as a roleplay group, you are still tied to ARPD regulation and do not have any special rights or privileges over other ARPD Officers (SAPD Recruits). Such as your 'high speed' unit, I'm not sure how you plan on designing this, but it will not be allowed to deploy civilian vehicles as the SAPD does.

I suggest you put some time into reading those said regulations, ARPD regulations and the meaning of Federal Jurisdiction.

We wish you the best of luck with your group, but please do it within the boundaries of ARPD protocol.

Actually, in ARPD, Freecops are only bound by server rules and laws. They aren't really bound by anything, or maybe it's different in SAMP, however, i'm pretty sure only SAPD have such regulations

Actually in SAMP if you fuck around as a recruit, then SAPD staff really fucks you.
SASD is allowed to operate until they dont interfere with SAPD things and are supposed to be available for any sapd calls.
I think you should believe whatever the main FBI account says.

SAPD recruits are bound to SAPD, hence they are called "SAPD recruits" and not just "Recruits".
ARPD gives you the opportunity to go on duty without being its official.
Therefore, you should respect ARPD rules and stick to them.

As I said before, even if you did create your own law group, you still go on SAPD duties to perform your group activity.
Therefore, you are obligated to follow ARPD regulations, even if you are a recruit.

Bureaus*
VICTOR is the callsign for HeavyAir, so please, do change the callsign to one that does not impersonate an other branch of law enforcement, as well all know that K is easily mistaken for C.

Also do note that, if one of your members is also in SAPD, they have to use only SAPD official callsigns.
Also do not that Dillimore PD canine area is a SAPD restricted area for SAPD K9U.

Thanks, I know that Claudia, we still not recognized to use our callsigns for example, but what I want to know, if SASD got /groupmembers sasd for example, is it going to get script like duty or weps...etc?

FBI, as SASD Undersheriff, I know what you mean, already told the deputies to read the guide in ARPD, we gave link in discord to all members so they could follow the ARPD regulations. and about HSIU, maybe we'll stop it or remove it till we decide what to do, and about deploying civillian vehicle to use it as HSIU by our deputies, please inform me who did it so we'll see what to do . one more thing we know we still Under control the ARPD since we go on SAPD Duty(As a(n) recruit).
