Well i've seen a hack in youtube which allows you to teleport players into a different location, I was kind in a troll mood and decided to teleport players around and see there reacion, my intention was not to harm anyway at all. Anyway there's no excuse of what I've done and I'm not going to repeat it, I'm totally understanding what I had done.

Tell me how there is no harm by stripping a guy from his vehicle and teleport him from pershing square to bayside? How there is no harm when you killed a cop in pershing square who was going to a roleplay scene? How there is no harm when you scared the shit out of an actual new player and pretended that he was the one hacking? You even teleported me while I was taking care of a scene. This is not what we want from an old player on the server and there is no excuse for this, we cannot improve the server when there are old players like you who would make the new comers /q.

I would be playing fairly without the use of modifications.

They are not allowed because they're giving you unfair advantage over other players aswell as ruining others gameplay, trolling others is not right as you've ruined there gameplay and they've may quit the server, I understand that i was ruining the server not only trolling now, I'm sorry about my actions.
